Author Guidelines for Abstract Submission

To ensure a smooth conference paper submission process, please follow the author’s guidelines carefully. Submissions must be correctly formatted and completed before the deadline.

Full Paper Submission

The submission deadline applies only to abstracts. Full papers are not required at this stage. After the conference ends, authors are welcome to submit their full papers for publication in the proceedings or other publication options.

FAQs

Do I need to submit a full paper to register?

No. Submitting an abstract is enough to attend and present. Full papers are submitted after the conference for publication opportunities.

Accepted abstracts are included in the Conference Abstract Book (with ISBN). After the event, you may publish your paper in the proceedings, indexed journals, or as a monograph.

Expect feedback within 7–14 days.
