PhD holders can be considered for Scientific Committee service if they demonstrate appropriate research achievements and relevant academic experience.
Applicants must hold a position no lower than Assistant Professor. They should be affiliated with a recognized research center, university, or higher education institution.
Applicants need confident professional English skills. They must assess submissions independently, impartially, and on academic merit. Their feedback should be constructive and meet accepted expectations for academic integrity.
Members generally complete between three and four reviews during a typical year. Review timing may be adjusted to suit personal availability and academic duties.
After each conference, members receive a certificate recognizing their participation in the review process. It reflects their review work and associated scholarly responsibilities.
Membership allows participants to connect with scholars, practitioners, researchers, and academic specialists across countries and academic disciplines.
Scientific Committee members become eligible for reduced fees for registration at later conferences.
Members may also become candidates for service on editorial boards of journals issued by partner publishers.
Academics with suitable experience are welcome to apply to contribute to the committee's academic responsibilities.
