Aygozel Arlanova is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Digital Economy and Director of the Center for Economic Innovation at the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. Her research focuses on digital economic transformation, circular economy education, agile business modeling, and green fintech integration. She was awarded ‘Teacher of the Year’ in 2023 and achieved second place in the national ‘Sanly Çözgüt’ digital innovation competition. She actively leads educational frameworks bridging academia and digital industry practices.
