Author Guidelines: How to Prepare and Submit Your Work

Welcome to the Author Guidelines page for IRECONF. Please read the following carefully before preparing your submission.

Abstract Guidelines for Authors

  • Submit your abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
  • If accepted, you will be invited to register for IRECONF.
  • After the conference, you may be asked to submit your full paper for publication opportunities.
  • If you do not submit a full paper, your abstract will still be published in the Abstract Book.
  • Your presentation is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
  • Abstract Length requirements: 200–250 words
  • Number of Abstract Keywords: 5–7 words

Authors Guidelines – Full Paper

We welcome original and unpublished research papers that contribute to the fields covered by the conference. By submitting, you confirm your work is not under review elsewhere.

Language

  • Papers must be written in English
  • Both American and British English are acceptable, but avoid mixing them.
  • Authors are encouraged to use editing tools or services to ensure proper grammar and scientific style.

Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Papers are evaluated on originality, quality, and academic excellence
  • The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the paper and agree with the submission.
  • The publisher is not legally responsible for any compensation claims.

Poster Guidelines

  • Poster size: A1 (international paper size)
  • Title, author names, and affiliations should be displayed at the top.
  • Use visuals, images, and charts to make your poster engaging and easy to read.
  • Posters must be based on the accepted abstract.
  • Avoid foam core, thick/multi-layered materials, or pushpins. Ensure your poster can be mounted on the provided boards.
  • Bring your printed poster with you to the conference.

Academic Ethics

  • Submissions must present original and unpublished work.
  • Acts of plagiarism are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.

Accepted and registered papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Oral Presentation Guideline

  • Presentation length: ~15 minutes
  • You may use your preferred format (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
  • Necessary equipment will be provided upon request.
  • Please arrive early to test and set up your presentation
