In response to the global Coronavirus pandemic, the oral speakers at the 2nd IRECONF moved to virtual presentations. As a result, the IRECONF Organizing Committee decided to host the entire conference online.
The Amsterdam session was scheduled to take place from 23 to 25 October 2020 and assembled a worldwide network of scholars from the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Latvia, Greece, Turkey, and other countries. This edition addressed major global changes brought on by COVID-19. Researchers examined the challenges of emergency online education, how to make online assessments reliable, and more.
