He is Executive Director of Distance Education and Affiliate Faculty in the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications, USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Mass Communication from the University of Georgia and holds a master’s degree from the University of Hartford. His professional interests include higher education leadership, online learning, teaching excellence, strategic communication, and the future of higher education. His work focuses on expanding access to high-quality graduate education and improving the teaching and learning experience for online students. He is also the author of the forthcoming book University Teaching in the Digital Age (Cognella, 2027).
