Dr. Rita Marzoli is a senior researcher at INVALSI, where she coordinates the INVALSI English test (EFL) and serves as Director of the “Aldo Visalberghi” Library. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, with a focus on German and English, from Sapienza University of Rome, and a PhD in Education from the University of Verona. She also completed a specialization in Librarianship at the Vatican School of Library Science. She serves as the Editorial Board Coordinator for ‘INVALSI per la ricerca’, a double-blind peer-reviewed open-access series published by Franco Angeli. Her research interests encompass language testing, information retrieval in the social sciences, systematic review methods, information literacy, and and the use of artificial intelligence in educational assessment.
