Mrs. María Alejandra Mareco

María Alejandra Mareco is a researcher, writer, and teacher educator specializing in bilingual education, translanguaging, CLIL, and multilingualism. She designs and delivers professional development courses and workshops for language teachers, supporting engaging, research-informed classroom practice across educational contexts. With extensive teaching experience in Argentina and the United States, she brings a strong bridge between theory and real classrooms. She holds two master’s degrees in Applied Linguistics/TEFL and Bilingual Education and is the founder and director of Speak Up English Language School (Formosa, Argentina).
