Jae-Bong Yoo is a professor in the Department of Education at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea. He completed his Ph. D in the philosophy of education at the Institute of Education, London in 1999. His research interests include liberal education, well-being as an educational aim, moral and religious education, and shadow education. He published over 100 papers and 30 books, including book chapters.
